Installation in the Insulation Layer
Warm mounting beam
The Marbet Warm Mounting Beam is the ideal solution for airtight window installation, meeting the highest standards of investors. High-quality warm installation simplifies reducing heat loss and achieving significant savings in building maintenance costs.
Comprehensive Solution
CBM system is a thermal insulation load-bearing frame – a new extended window reveal that permanently connects window frames with the existing wall. Additionally, for double-layer walls, it meets the requirements for NRO (Non-Spreading of Fire from the Outside).
Safe System
CBM is a system of steel load-bearing brackets and complementary materials that work elastically, ensuring the highest standards in strength, tightness, and thermal performance of connections.
Easy to Install
CBM is an installer-friendly system that compensates for wall unevenness or curvature, featuring various improvements that make installation easier – based on the principle of “building with blocks.”
Economical and Durable
CBM is a warm and airtight mounting solution that reduces heat loss and allows significant savings in building maintenance costs – a solution confirmed by aging tests.
Minimizing Heat Loss and Ensuring Airtight Connections in Energy-Efficient Construction
Energy-efficient construction focuses on minimizing heat loss caused by thermal bridges and ensuring airtight connections. Installing windows and doors with excellent insulating properties alone is not enough. For proper installation, it is recommended to position windows and balcony doors beyond the wall face (into the building’s external insulation zone) and to ensure airtight connections between window or door frames and the wall.
Innovative Window and Door Installation System
The innovation of Marbet’s window and door installation system lies in its modular design, based on rigid EPS polystyrene Warm Mounting Beams (CBM). This system expands the reveal by creating an airtight support frame constructed from these modular elements, akin to building blocks. Together with complementary components like the threshold beam (BP), internal (PPW) and external (PPZ) windowsill bases, and widely available construction materials such as adhesives, PU foams, mounting connectors, and sealing tapes, the CBM system enables airtight and straightforward installation of modern windows and doors.
Certificates and Standards
The Warm Installation Beam system was developed in collaboration with experienced professionals, including installers and window manufacturers, to meet the highest market requirements. Installing windows and doors using CBM complies with ITB guidelines and has received the National Technical Assessment, ensuring the durability and safety of the structure.
Additionally, the Warm Installation Beam has been certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt as a certified component for passive house construction. This certification guarantees top-quality and energy efficiency, meeting the demands of modern construction.

CBM Installation
Option 1 - two-tier wall
The type of CBM beams is selected depending on the type of material from which the exterior wall is made, the assumed depth of injecting the joinery and anticipated loads i.e. with external bracket – symbol CBM…Z or with internal bracket – symbol CBM…W. Below is an example of selection of a CBM beam:
CBM.10.Z Beam – CBM beam with anchor attached to the face of the wall (in the elevation plane) – protrusion of 10 cm
Option 2 - three-tier wall
CBM.20.W Beam – CBM beam with anchor attached in the window opening (in the jamb plane) – protrusion of 20 cm
